The Phoenix Community Alliance Summer Development Series was a three-part lunch meeting series presented by the PCA Central City Planning & Development Committee. The series aimed to detail and refine the challenges faced by developers in the city of Phoenix and to take a solution-oriented approach to simplify the development process. The September program featured presentations from developers Tim Sprague of Habitat Metro and Ashley Harder of Harder Development, as well as a Q&A session.
