CLIO on McDowell is a 9,000 sq. ft. historic retail center developed as a mixed-use property located along the Historic Miracle Mile District in Phoenix Arizona.
Originally built as a retail center in 1953, CLIO has now been restored to meet Phoenix’s growing needs. Named ‘CLIO’ after the Greek Goddess of History, the building has undergone a complete restoration of its historic features that emphasizes its unique character and plays a powerful role in the revitalization of Phoenix's first Commercial Historic District.
